All braiding clients must arrive with their natural hair fully detangled from roots to ends.

Fully detangled means your stylist can glide their fingers through each section, from scalp to ends, without encountering knots, tangles, or matting.

If your hair requires additional detangling, please arrange assistance before your appointment. Additional preparation may require extra time or a separate service.

Please disclose any scalp tenderness, irritation, flaking, thinning, hair loss, or other concerns on your intake form.

Your stylist may recommend adjustments to the service or postpone an installation if your scalp or hair condition makes the requested style unsuitable.

Your comfort and hair health are priorities.

Clients must select their desired braiding hair color during booking.

Human Deep Wave is the standard curl pattern supplied with eligible BOHO services.

Clients who prefer another human-hair curl pattern may provide their own suitable hair, subject to stylist approval.

Any client-provided hair must be clean, ready for installation, and appropriate for the selected style.

Any applicable client-provided-hair discount must be confirmed when booking.

Please select the correct service, desired length, and applicable add-ons when booking.

Accurate service selection helps ensure sufficient appointment time.

Mondays, Saturdays, and Sundays are reserved for VIP appointments only.
